In the lead up to Christmas, Lime Wood have launched ‘Host the Roast’, brand new for 2024. Hosted ‘Backstage’ with Chef Iain Longhorn, the exclusive events are a chance to get a group together, sit back and watch HH&Co’s chefs work their magic in a private dining style setting, before tucking into an Italian inspired Christmas roast.
Christmas at Lime Wood does not really get more magical. Kicking off on Christmas Eve with afternoon tea by the fire, think boozy mince pies and spiced mulled wine, before live music and champagne in the Courtyard, followed by dinner in HH&Co. Christmas Day and Boxing Day are all about relaxing spa treatments in Herb House, brisk walks through the New Forest and all the trimmings in HH&Co. Curated, Lime Wood’s boutique shop is perfect for last minute Christmas shopping and stocking fillers, stocking plenty of small and local brands.

With cosy corners and crackling log fires, picturesque countryside for wintery walks and plenty of local events, Ellastone is an idyllic winter escape.
